Join a company driven by quality products across an evolving range of industries.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nTo provide technical quality engineering support to the Customer Quality Engineering team, at the point of manufacturing, in the containment, analysis, and corrective actions related to zero-mile and warranty returns from our customers.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nInvestigate all manufacturing related customer returns using formal problem-solving tools, and documenting in CT+.\nLead cross-functional teams through the problem-solving process, as necessary.\nClarify customer expectations and communicate to the appropriate manufacturing team.\nPrioritize quality issues and projects to be executed by the manufacturing team.\nProvide pulse of customers to the manufacturing team using various communication channels.\nIdentify and coordinate continuous improvement activities within the assigned manufacturing area.\nAssess risk and validate process changes within the manufacturing process.\nDrive product/process improvements as early as possible in the manufacturing process (value stream), to ensure greatest company benefit.\nCommunicate continuous improvement opportunities to product development teams for new product launches based on lessons learned from field concerns.\nOther duties as assigned.\nHOW YOU’LL DO IT\nInfluential leadership - Communicating issues and concerns using data and facts in a way that helps other achieve a collective goal.\nEstablishes focus - Align personnel and other resources in a manner consistent with organizational vision and objectives.
