Product Manager

The Product Manager is a skilled and independent operational leader of a cross-functional squad, responsible for translating agreed-upon Key Results into a concrete execution plan. They act as the primary bridge between strategic vision and the development team, ensuring every sprint item connects back to a measurable outcome. Although working with a certain level of guidance from senior leadership, they take ownership of the outcomes for their designated product/s.

Rather than simply managing a backlog, the Product Manager empowers the team to discover the best solutions through experimentation and data analysis, while ensuring the squad remains focused on the "why" behind every task.

Tasks

• Key Results Definition: Collaborate with Lead and Senior PMs to define relevant Key Results (KRs) that align with broader strategic Objectives.
• Team Alignment on KRs: Facilitate the adoption of KRs within the cross-functional team to ensure total alignment on the specific metrics used to measure success.
• Roadmap Creation: Transform the backlog from a list of features into a prioritized roadmap of hypotheses and experiments specifically designed to impact Key Results.
• Agile Methodology Implementation: Facilitate agile rituals (sprint planning, reviews, demos) to maintain a consistent delivery cadence and high team morale.
• Outcome Validation: Coordinate with the CRO function to design, implement, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate ideas before committing to full-scale development.
• Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the cross-functional team, managing external requests to ensure the software development team remains focused on sprint goals while providing stakeholders with regular updates on progress and shifts in direction.

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the casino and sport affiliate sector or related high-competition digital services.
• Proven experience driving products from discovery through to delivery and optimization.
• Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams of Developers, SEOs, and Designers in an Agile environment.
• Experience using data from experiments (A/B testing) and web analytics to drive product improvements.
• Solid understanding of the online gambling industry, including its unique challenges and affiliate opportunities.
• Professional certification in Product Management or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, or similar) is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated agility in navigating rapid changes, such as new regulatory requirements or market shifts, with the ability to pivot roadmaps based on emerging risks or discovered opportunities.
• Proficient with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and data analysis tools (e.g., GA, GSC).
• Good understanding of software development processes and web technologies to communicate effectively with engineering.
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Skilled communicator, with the ability to adjust communication to different levels and stakeholders.
• Ability to empower the cross-functional team toward goals while managing stakeholder requests to maintain direction of the team’s focus.
• Ability to use analytical thinking to break down Key Results into testable hypotheses and remain resilient during roadmap pivots.
• Ability to maintain high precision in defining sprint goals, documentation, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
