customer engagements and escalations, building long-term, transparent, outcome-focused partnerships\nRecruit, develop and motivate great people, and set clear standards for performance\nSupport M&A execution and integration, and help shape Veovo’s strategy and operating model\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nSenior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain, ideally airports or aviation\nExperience running SaaS operations at scale\nAccountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L, with strong commercial and financial acumen\nA track record of leading global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures, both office-based and remote\nCredibility with senior customers at C-level and director level, across the full lifecycle from winning work to delivering and supporting it\nStrategic thinking, with sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions\nHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and
