What You'll Be Doing

• Run residential service calls and diagnose, educate, recommend, and sell solutions based on each homeowner's needs
• Present options for electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and improvements
• Complete high-quality residential electrical service and installation work
• Troubleshoot circuits, systems, and equipment using modern tools and technology
• Deliver an awesome customer experience from the moment you walk in the door
• Partner with dispatch and customer service to keep the day running smoothly
• Own your work, prioritize safety, and take serious pride in doing the job right

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• MN Journeyman license required
• Hands-on residential electrical experience
• Customer-focused mindset - you know how to build trust before presenting options
• Strong communication and technical electrical skills
• Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation

$50-$60/hour+

OR $100,000-$140,000+ annually - and yes, top performers blow past that.
