If our goals and values resonate with you, we would love to connect!\nAs an Assembler II you will perform assembly operations to produce geotechnical instrumentation. You will assemble products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a timely and efficient manner that meets specified quality standards.\nRequirements\nWorks with minimal assistance or oversite in the building of subassembly and finished goods.\nAble to read, comprehend, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings and work instructions.\nPerform all work in accordance with time standards while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures.\nCable preparation; including stripping, tinning and labeling.\nAssemble using hand tools and power tools.\nGluing and sealing using Loctite, epoxy, RTV and other compounds.\nWork with various sized materials.\nSolder and assemble various components.\nTrouble shoot errors or failures in product quality and process outputs. Notify trainer/technician when problems cannot be resolved.\nHandling of sensitive materials and equipment.\nMaintain equipment and a clean and safe work environment.\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.\nIdentifies low inventory and communicates appropriate.\nBegins to rework assembled products according to specifications and verbal instructions.\nSetup and use test equipment to record, compile and evaluate data.\nTrain, mentor and inspect the work of others as needed with leader direction.\nPerform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.\nAssist in other functional areas when/if necessary.\nYour Contributions\nHigh school diploma or equivalent 1 to 3 years of work experience preferred.\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and written\nAbility to understand quality control principles\nAbility to work with minimal guidance and supervision\nAbility to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude\nAbility to keep records of production quantities and time\nAbility to work well with others and within a team environment\nWillingness to switch tasks frequently\nSelf-motivation skills\nHigh attention to detail\nAbility to
