Responsibilities\nDevelop applications and operational workflows using Palantir Workshop, Slate, and AIP.\nBuild and optimize data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Python, PySpark, and SQL.\nDesign and maintain Palantir Ontology objects, relationships, properties, and actions.\nIntegrate data from APIs, databases, files, and other enterprise sources.\nDevelop dashboards and analytical products using Workshop, Contour, and Quiver.\nPerform data analysis, data quality checks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nCollaborate with analysts, engineers, mission users, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide user training, technical documentation, and mentorship.\nApply security, access-control, data governance, and software development standards.\nEvaluate and implement new Palantir capabilities, including AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, analytics, or a related technical field.\n1-2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.\nExperience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Contour, or Quiver.\nExperience with data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nActive Secret Clearance required.\nAbility to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Palantir AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.\nPalantir Foundry certification or formal Palantir training.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with DevOps/CI/CD and enterprise security frameworks.\nExperience supporting U.S. Government, defense, or intelligence
