You will help develop and apply infrastructure solutions for stormwater, potable water, and related utility systems. The position can be based in Vaasa or Nastola in Finland, or in Fristad, Sweden.\nIn this role, you will combine engineering expertise, 3D modelling, and customer-facing application support to develop solutions that meet customer and business needs. You will collaborate closely with customers and partners, as well as with commercial, engineering, and operational teams across the organization. The role has a global scope and reports to the Manager, Design & Engineering.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide technical expertise for stormwater, potable water, and other infrastructure applications.\nAdvise sales organizations, customers, designers, consultants, and other key stakeholders on application-specific needs.\nReview customer requirements and develop solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.\nParticipate in concept development, design reviews, and improvements to product applications.\nProvide guidance on applicable standards, regulations, and engineering best practices.\nCreate and maintain 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing and installation drawings, technical specifications, and other project documentation using CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor.\nAct as a technical interface between customers and internal commercial, engineering, and operational teams.\nParticipate in project meetings and customer workshops.\nSupport the implementation of global engineering standards and design tools.\nTo succeed in this role, you likely bring:\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical field.\nA few years of relevant experience in engineering, technical application support, or a similar role.\nExperience or knowledge in plastic manufacturing and stormwater or potable water systems.\nStrong technical understanding of infrastructure applications, with a practical approach to translating technical expertise into effective solutions.\nExperience with 3D modelling and CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.\nAbility to create and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other engineering documentation.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across functions, countries, and diverse stakeholder groups.\nReady to make an impact?
