understanding of cloud IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and regulatory compliance\nProven experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt and Microsoft Entra ID\nHands-on experience with Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk\nKnowledge of security monitoring tools including SIEM platforms\nExperience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI, and internal audit standards\nStrong expertise in identity lifecycle management processes\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities\nAbility to mentor and guide junior engineers\nPreferred Certifications & Skills\nSaviynt certification or equivalent IAM platform certification\nCISSP or other relevant security certifications (preferred)\nExperience working with cloud platforms and modern security architectures\nKnowledge of Zero Trust security
