Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field\nProven experience supporting hotel systems such as OPERA Cloud PMS, Symphony POS, SiteMinder, or similar hospitality applications\nExperience managing cloud-based email platforms such as Microsoft 365\nGood understanding of system integrations between PMS, POS, and payment gateways\nExperience handling PC, file backup, and cloud or network storage solutions\nFamiliarity with OPI and IFC server environments and connectivity management\nAbility to coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system installation and support\nKnowledge of basic networking, system administration, and IT security practices\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nGood communication skills and ability to work with hotel operations teams\nAbility to manage multiple systems and priorities in a live hospitality environment\nWillingness to provide on-site IT support and work in a hybrid operational setup\nExperience in hospitality IT operations is a strong
