  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments.
  • Drive guest satisfaction and maintain world-class service standards.
  • Achieve financial goals through revenue management, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, building a culture of engagement and accountability.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to strengthen market position and support long-term growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, business partners, travel agents, corporate clients, and local stakeholders.
  • Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and guest experience through innovation and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Leadership Team to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field (postgraduate qualification a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years' progressive leadership experience in luxury hotels/resorts, including at least 5 years as General Manager or Resident Manager.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Demonstrated expertise across Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and overall hotel operations.
  • Outstanding leadership, people development, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for delivering great guest experiences and building strong teams.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance, sustainability, and operational excellence.
  • Experience with internationally recognized hospitality brands is a plus.
