• Design end-to-end AI solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for various use cases
• Build predictive analytics solutions to support data-driven decision making
• Develop recommendation engines to enhance user/customer experience
• Create customer segmentation models using ML techniques
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Implement Generative AI solutions across relevant business use cases
• Build AI assistants and chatbots for internal or customer-facing needs
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Develop enterprise knowledge search solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML solution development
• Strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment
• Proven expertise in Generative AI implementation, including RAG-based architectures
• Experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, or copilots
• Familiarity with enterprise search and knowledge management solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
