innovation.\nParticipate in technical discussions with local and international stakeholders, including senior leadership when required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with successful delivery of production-grade applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.\nNative Mobile Experience (at least one platform)\niOS\nStrong experience with Objective-C (required)\nExperience with Swift (strongly preferred)\nOR\nAndroid\nStrong experience with Java\nSolid experience using development environments such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Visual Studio Code.\nExperience across the complete mobile application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, release, and ongoing maintenance.\nStrong understanding of mobile application architecture, lifecycle management, memory management, and performance optimization.\nExperience identifying and resolving memory leaks and application performance bottlenecks.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, design patterns, and scalable architecture.\nExperience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with additional programming languages such as C# or similar object-oriented languages.\nExposure to backend development, APIs, cloud services, or distributed systems.\nExperience working with globally distributed engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile application release processes.\nExperience contributing to technical architecture and engineering best
