Improvement\nSupport enhancement of processes, standards and QA documentation.\nContribute to evaluation of new tools and emerging test techniques.\nAdvocate for best practices and quality improvements across squads.\nRequirements\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 5+ years experience in manual testing.\nStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC and STLC.\nHands-on experience designing and executing test cases and test plans.\nExperience with defect and test management tools (Jira or similar).\nWorking knowledge of SQL and complex database queries.\nExperience in API testing (Postman or similar).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a
