communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.\nProfessional customer handling skills.\nAbility to manage multiple parallel tasks and meet deadlines.\nCapability to work extended hours based on business requirements.\nSpecific Requirements For 2 Positions:\nMinimum 5 years of L2/L3 support experience across multiple applications.\nProficiency in Jasper Reports and Oracle SQL.\nStrong experience in reading, analyzing, and investigating system logs for root causes.\nKnowledge of database queries and reporting tools (PL/SQL, SQL, MRT, COM).\nBasic knowledge of Java and JavaScript.\nCertificate/Diploma in support services is preferred.\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
