handling skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure\nGood decision-making and issue-resolution capabilities\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to ERP systems and customization support\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform technologies\nUnderstanding of customer support best practices and ticketing systems\nAbility to conduct end-user training and product
