They, install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the client’s operating environment. They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the eDiscovery; problems and planning for growth.\nSuccessful infrastructural engineers should have good communication and collaboration skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills. The Infrastructure Engineer is also responsible for obtaining and maintaining relevant training and certifications as well as keeping up-to-date with the software and hardware being supported. The scope of the role will include responsibility for the upgrade activities of eDiscovery applications.\nThis is a fully remote role with the potential for some travel based on client needs. We are currently only hiring in the USA, Poland, and India for this opportunity.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…\nImplementation and Support of eDiscovery applications and supporting infrastructure\neDiscovery software support, with the ability to triage and route calls to appropriate parties\nAssisting Application Support Engineers with application issues; employing root causes analysis\nEnsuring client environments adhere to System Requirements as outlined by the George Jon best practices\nMaintaining client environments across George Jon’s global footprint.\nDeveloping in-depth knowledge of George Jon’s offerings and how it relates to the customer’s needs\nAssisting Team Members and/or providing escalation support\nCreating and editing documentation of internal processes and procedures\nCommunicating with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages\nEntering all work as service tickets into ConnectWise; managing and logging all time and expenses\nREQUIREMENTS\nIntermediate knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and LAW software platforms\nWindows Server 2012 and above Administration\nScripting & Automation\nMicrosoft SQL Server\nMicrosoft IIS\nMicrosoft Clustering\nFirewall Administration (SonicWALL preferred)\nAdvanced Networking\nVirtualization administration (VMWare preferred)\nStorage (SAN, NAS, DAS)\nCisco routing and switching; Force10 a plus\nDell Hardware and Software experience\nTicket management; issue tracking, change log management\nUnderstanding of the EDRM Framework\nAbility to work and communicate effectively in a team, and while working independently\nAbility to embrace a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure, environment and thriving while handling multiple projects/issues\nNICE-TO-HAVES\nRelativity Infrastructure Specialist or Relativity Certified Administrator\nAbility to travel internationally\nABOUT THE COMPANY\nGeorgeJon is the backbone of the eDiscovery industry.
