The Training Coordinator will be held accountable to the Training Compliance Dashboard for their assigned locations.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:\nAssist in the planning, scheduling, coordination, & facilitation of various training programs in required languages. \nMaintain a site-specific learning and development calendar.\nSend out weekly training reports to Production Supervisors & Area Managers.\nSend out bi-weekly training reports to Plant Wide Management on Training Compliance.\nReview and enter Training Records for assigned location in George’s Learning Management System.\nAssist in continuous improvement of training by assessing effectiveness, sustainment and return on investment. \nAnswer day-to-day questions regarding required trainings.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis position will not have supervisory responsibility.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nRequiredHigh School Diploma\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\n\n PreferredPrevious experience with tools used for creating trainings and video editing such as but not limited to Canva, Audacity, Articulate 360, Vyond, Wondershare, Vimeo, etc.\nBilingual: English/Spanish or English/Marshallese. \nBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.\n\nGeorge’s is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to, among others, individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
