Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen, Umrüsten und Einstellen von konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Umrüsten und Einstellen von unterschiedlichen Zuführsystemen (mechanisch, Bilderkennung, Roboter)
  • Fehler- und Störungsbehebung sowie Prozessoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung der MaschinenbedienerInnen bei Werkzeugwechsel, Qualitätsprüfung und Fein-Justierung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf (zB Lehre Maschinenbautechnik, Zerspanungstechnik)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Zerspanung von Stahl und Gusseisen von Vorteil
  • Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrung auf Siemens 840 Steuerungen wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik sowie am PC
  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Lernwilligkeit, Teamplayer
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (grundsätzlich Montag - Freitag)

Das überkollektivvertragliche Bruttoentgelt beträgt EUR 3.628,45 pro Monat (inkl. durchschnittlicher Zulagen, 14x jährlich). Ihr tatsächliches Entgelt richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualikation und wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
