We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProviding EHS compliance and performance management services, such as audits and reviews (multi-media) of compliance and performance management programs and development and implementation of EHS management systems;\nDeveloping compliance documents and permit applications associated with the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and other regulatory programs;\nProviding litigation and regulatory enforcement support services, including hazardous waste and hazardous materials management;\nSupporting projects involving due diligence including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments;\nManaging tasks or projects, developing business, and mentoring earlier career staff, based on your current level of experience; and\nDriving personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed\nEducation and Licensure\nBachelor's degree in environmental science, earth science (geology or hydrology), chemistry, environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (preferred)\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nAt least 5 years of experience in an EHS consulting environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) \nProject experience involving EHS regulatory compliance, historical research, and environmental assessment. (preferred)\nExperience working on demanding, sophisticated, and legally-sensitive projects. (preferred)\nDetailed regulatory knowledge, especially CAA, CWA, RCRA and EPCRA. (preferred)\nExcellent writing and communication skills. (required)\nRegular fieldwork and overnight travel.
