We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThe candidate will serve as a Senior Program Manager within the Office of Nuclear Material Removal and Elimination (NA-232), supporting implementation of projects related to the treatment/conditioning, packaging, and shipment of nuclear materials. Example work scope includes working with international partners, and managing multiple national laboratory teams, to eliminate inventories of highly enriched uranium (HEU) and plutonium using existing modular systems, managing national laboratory and other partner activities related to development of next generation down-blend technologies, and managing a new initiative related to nuclear materials packaging. The candidate will support the Office Director and Deputy Director by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects; managing relationships with international partners; U.S. national laboratories, plants, and sites; and other relevant partners. In this capacity, duties will include assisting federal managers in the development and communication of overarching program strategies, to include developing and documenting U.S. technical scope, schedules, and budgets, as well as collaborative integrated schedules with other mission partners. The candidate will manage and lead regular and ad hoc daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls as required.
