(required)\nDegree focus area in civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering, or related. (preferred)\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nExperience with ArcView, CADD, and/or Microsoft Office. (preferred)\nOutstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
