We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAdminister Cisco Unified Communications platforms including CUCM and Unity Connection.\nPerform voice user administration, moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACDs).\nProvision phones, users, hunt groups, and voicemail services within established SLAs.\nMaintain 99.9% availability of Cisco UC applications and supporting network infrastructure.\nMonitor system health, capacity, licensing, and trunk utilization.\nManage Cisco TAC cases and provide root cause analysis for critical incidents.\nMaintain STIG compliance and remediate vulnerability findings.\nManage SSL/TLS certificates and prevent service outages due to expiration.\nAdminister voice gateways, dial plans, route patterns, translation patterns, and call routing services.\nSupport PBX-to-VoIP migration projects and phased cutovers.\nMaintain documentation, Visio diagrams, asset inventories, and SOPs.\nProvide network operations support for switches, F5 load balancers, and Infoblox services.\nEducation and Licensure\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.\nMaster’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.\nExperience in lieu of education: A combination of 10 or more years of relevant education, training, and/or professional experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nREQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
