We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nClient management and business development;\nCivil design, landfill design, and site layout; \nGeotechnical engineering analyses such as slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, deep foundations design, seismic design, seepage evaluations, and retaining wall design; \nGeotechnical site characterization;\nDevelopment and management of instrumentation monitoring systems;\nProject/task management and proposal preparation;\nPreparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and permit applications; and\nDrive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.\nEducation and Licensure\nBachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field. (required) \nAdvanced degree in the same. (preferred)\nProfessional registration (i.e., P.E, P.G.). (required)\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nAt least 10 years directly relevant experience in a consulting environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec’s total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.\nMinimum Salary: $149,330/year / Maximum Salary: $209,060/year (Seattle, WA)\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible employees including, 9 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, a minimum of 8 sick days, and a minimum of 11 vacation days per year, in line with state or federal requirements.
