We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAs a leader in our quality organization, you will:\nPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs, manual tools, and visual inspection techniques\nInterpret engineering drawings and work with engineering and management to define quality requirements\nCreate quality control plans for complex components\nDevelop and run CMM programs to support efficient, accurate measurements\nUse calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, and vision-based systems such as optical comparators\nSupport shop-floor teams with in-process inspections and guidance\nReview measurement results, determine conformance, and produce detailed inspection reports\nPartner with customers to review findings and recommend corrective actions\nMaintain accurate inspection records and upload documentation to company systems\nManage and track nonconformance reports\nPerform routine CMM maintenance and monitor calibration status\nLead Out-of-Tolerance investigations and drive inspection-process improvements\nApply basic statistical techniques to analyze measurement trends\nConduct Measurement System Analysis\nUphold and follow Centrus’ quality management system procedures\nTrain team members on inspection techniques, tools, and GD&T concepts\nKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe\nSupport occasional weekend or evening work to meet critical deadlines\nContribute to additional projects as needed\nEducation and Licensure\nHigh School diploma.
