We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThis position is a senior engineering leadership role involving project, client, staff, and business development responsibilities, including:\nManage and implement challenging technical projects involving site investigation, remediation, and environmental due diligence processes\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, using your expertise to support Geosyntec’s growth through effective business development and client management\nTask and project management, including planning and implementing investigation and remediation projects, budgeting and budget management, adherence to schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability\nEvaluate contaminated sites and develop remediation strategies, including feasibility studies, remedial action plans, and remediation design plans\nLead the development of work plans, data evaluation, and cost-benefit analyses\nImplement remedial pilot tests and then construct and operate full-scale systems, including vendor selection, logistical coordination, calculations, engineering design, permitting, and supervision of field teams\nWrite technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals; oversee and review documents prepared by project teams\nInterpret policy and interact with regulatory agencies advocating on behalf of our clients\nEstablish and foster trust-based relationships with clients, regulatory personnel, and other project stakeholders\nMentor and support early career staff in project execution, cost and schedule management, client relations, and career development; address performance gaps as needed\nAt times, this position may also include fieldwork, including site visits, multi-media environmental sampling and characterization, drilling oversight, contractor oversight, and remediation system operations, maintenance, and construction\nDrive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed\nEducation and Licensure\nBachelor's degree in engineering (civil, chemical, or environmental. (required) \nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nAt least 8 years of environmental consulting experience in the California marketplace; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
