We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.\nTo Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide overall management and direction of engineering, procurement, and construction of multiple complex multi-million-dollar projects critical to operations.\nResponsible for a wide variety of less significant projects managed by less qualified Project Managers.\nEstablish and manage numerous diverse project management teams, providing policy direction, broad program direction, and establish priorities needed to integrate numerous ongoing area projects.\nManage project cost, schedule, scope, and subcontract matrices, while adhering to quality, environmental, and safety objectives.\nEstablish and control project costs, schedule, and technical baselines and provide effective management of project staff and matrix personnel to control baselines.\nManage professional and non-exempt employees to include career development, motivation, performance review, and salary administration.\nInitiate and frequently deliver concise and accurate presentations to internal and external customers regarding project implementation plans, status, changes, and new approaches, including complex technical, organizational, and financial issues.\nPerform risk analysis and provide decision authority for approving corrective actions and establishing priorities.\nManage project efforts to ensure progress is within schedule, cost, and budget.\nMentor less experienced project managers.\nEducation and Licensure\nHS Diploma\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
