To see what it’s like to be a Geotabber, check out our blog and follow us @InsideGeotab on Instagram. \nWho you are:\nWe are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results!Geotab is seeking a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus)who will play a hands-on part in maintaining data accuracy across our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, smoothing out product labeling workflows, coordinating international test device deployments and providing general operational project support to our internal teams and external partners.If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader - we would love to hear from you!\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus)your key area of responsibility will be maintaining ERP data and SKU accuracy, assisting with product labeling and workflow resolution, coordinating import and customs logistics, and supporting new product testing setups and partner engagement.You will need to work closely with internal teams, external regional partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and project leads.To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.In addition, the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an operational mindset, familiarity with ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets, and an excellent understanding of AI in day-to-day operational practice.\nHow you'll make an impact:\nAudit and maintain SKU catalog accuracy across core ERP platforms; identify, troubleshoot, and re-catalog missing or dropped SKUs to ensure unbroken order fulfillment and reporting.\n\nAssist with product labeling governance by implementing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on established solutions.\n\nPerform routine system health checks to ensure operational data consistency across warehousing and dispatch systems.\n\nAssist in securing local regulatory permits and clearance documentation required for importing hardware, with a specific focus on specialized test devices entering Singapore and other APAC regions.\n\nMonitor shipment trajectories and ensure seamless hand-offs between freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.\n\nCoordinate logistics and hardware provisioning for new product evaluations and trial runs.\n\nServe as a central communications point for external partners and internal team members participating in product test phases.\n\nTrack test unit distribution, log partner feedback, and aggregate status reports for project leads.\n\nGap analysis completed across 100% of active SEA partners within first 6 weeks.\n\nPartner account register maintained and updated monthly.\n\nIdentified SKU gaps remediated within agreed timeframe.\n\nSKU enablement requests actioned within 1 business day.\n\nShipping concession status confirmed for all eligible partners within first 8 weeks.\n\nAction registers maintained and up to date across all assigned SEA projects.\n\nDeliverable tracking & follow ups completed proactively - with status reported to Senior PM.\n\nAlpha/beta testing support - 100% of units tracked with log maintained throughout the program.\n\nManage label rework initiative with no outstanding requests.\n\nShipping cost recovery cases logged and followed up within agreed timeframe.\n\nWhat you'll bring to this role:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\nExcellent understanding of AI in day to day operational practice, Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar), Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables), and data management principles.\n\nStrong attention to detail with an ability to trace missing system data and follow through on resolution workflows.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English to effectively coordinate with regional partners and cross-functional teams.\n\nResourceful and proactive in navigating customs requirements, permit applications, and device distribution logistics.\n\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role!
