solution.\nRole and responsibilities:\nTake ownership and apply in-depth knowledge and expertise in any step of the software development lifecycle, from design through maintenance.\n\nDeliver high quality and well-structured code, while working and collaborating in a team environment.\n\nExtend testing capabilities by writing unit tests and assisting in basic QA testing during new feature development.\n\nAnalyze product and design requirements and help with refining the scope.\n\nWork independently on larger tasks, prioritizing and breaking them down.\n\nEnsure the quality of the delivery by following the team’s process and applying best coding practices.\n\nCooperate and assist the QA teams to ensure faults and other problems are identified and fixed quickly.\n\nContinuously learn and improve his/her technology stack.\n\nOur requirements:\nCore:\n3+ years of enterprise level Java development.\n\nGood understanding of design principles, and algorithmic skills.\n\nGood understanding of the software development life cycle.\n\nExperience with GIT, pull requests and code reviews.\n\nSelf-driven person, highly motivated to acquire new skills and apply them in practice.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent spoken and written English.\n\nDesirable:\nMessage driven architecture.\n\nExperience with Oracle and Hibernate.\n\nTest driven
