Ababa, Ethiopia\n\nSalary: 15,000–30,000 ETB\n\nDuties and ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial operations, including cash collection, payments, and disbursements to drivers and shippers.\n\nReconcile financial transactions, customer payments, and driver payouts.\n\nHandle tax obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, and income tax filings.\n\nMaintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records.\n\nMonitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.\n\nProcess invoices, receipts, and payment requests.\n\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\n\nCoordinate with banks and payment service providers.\n\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.\n\nSupport internal and external audits.\n\nWork closely with operations and business teams on billing and payment matters.\n\nSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and statutory filing requirements.\n\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.\n\nExperience with digital payment systems is an advantage.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.\n\nGood communication skills in both Amharic and English.\n\nHigh integrity and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.\n\nProfessional accounting certification is an advantage.\n\nExperience in logistics,
