As a global partner to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, we work every day to create products that contribute to health and well-being.\nWe are looking for a motivated and curious People & Organization Intern who wants to learn how HR works in an international manufacturing environment, gain hands-on experience and become part of our team.\nWhat will you do?\nSupport the People & Organization team in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.\nAssist with recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.\nSupport onboarding activities and help new employees feel welcome.\nAssist in preparing HR documents, presentations, reports and employee communications.\nContribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events and employer branding activities.\nHelp maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.\nParticipate in ongoing HR projects and support the implementation of People & Organization initiatives.\nCollaborate with colleagues across different departments and gain insight into HR processes in a manufacturing environment.\n What are we looking for?\nRecent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Management, Business Administration or a related field.\nA genuine interest in HR and a willingness to learn.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nA proactive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well in a team.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nGood command of English.\nPrevious experience is not required -
