You will collaborate with business stakeholders as a trusted partner, lead transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of our global SAP and S/4HANA strategy.\nYour Responsibilities\nAnalyse complex business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions.\nEnsure the continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, supporting their ongoing development.\nSupport business functions in process optimisation and the adoption of SAP best practices.\nContribute to the development of functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies.\nCarry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support.\nActively contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects.\nPrioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport and coach key users while providing professional guidance to junior consultants.\nCollaborate with external partners and service providers.\nActively contribute to shaping the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture.\n Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.\nAt least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.\nIn-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM).\nProven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects.\nHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills.\nExcellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAn independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.\nFluency in both German and English, written and spoken.\n Gross Annual Salary range: 35.000,00 € -
