Discover all of Gerresheimer’s innovative solutions and stay up to date by visiting Gerresheimer’s website and LinkedIn page.\n The resource responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end Supply Chain operations across the Moulded Glass Division in Italy, ensuring high customer service levels, efficient production planning, and cost-effective logistics.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProduction Planning & S&OP: Align customer demand, production capacity, and inventory; define production priorities and monitor plan adherence.\n\nLogistics & Warehousing: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while improving efficiency, service levels, and cost control.\n\nInventory Management: Optimize stock levels, reduce obsolete inventory, improve inventory turnover, and balance customer service with working capital.\n\nPerformance Management: Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, such as OTIF, inventory levels, logistics costs, and planning accuracy, driving corrective actions and supporting budgeting and reporting.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, digitalize, and automate Supply Chain processes.\n\nPeople Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop planning and logistics teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.\n\nThe overall objective will be to drive Supply Chain excellence by integrating planning, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics, improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost performance.\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment\nProven experience in Production Planning, Logistics and Inventory Management\nPrevious experience managing teams and cross-functional projects\nExperience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage\nStrong understanding of Production Planning and Supply Chain processes\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office\nFamiliarity with Supply Chain planning methodologies and KPI management.\n Gross Annual Salary range: 70.000 € -
