In this role, you will work closely with other project leaders, application engineering, IT administrators, and key business stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.\nThis is an ideal role for an ambitious professional with 0 to 3 years of project coordination or tech operations experience looking to advance their career in a rapidly evolving environment with exposure to AI, automation, business intelligence, and technology.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning & Execution\nRequirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and define project goals and success criteria.\nAgile & Sprint Support: Break down project deliverables into actional tasks. Help organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions for technical and business teams.\nTask Management: Create, assign, and track user stories and tasks in project management software.\n2. Communication & Documentation\nStatus Reporting: Draft and distribute weekly status updates, risk logs, and dashboard summaries to stakeholders and leadership.\nDocumentation Maintenance: Maintain clean, up-to-date project repositories, meeting minutes, decision logs, and project charters in SharePoint.\nCross-Functional Alignment: Serve as an operational liaison between technical development teams, IT, design, and business stakeholders.\n3.
