If you don’t know a software, you’ll learn it. \n1-5 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator, Lead or Senior EA role, or running a small business.\n\nWhat You’ll Drive\nSupply Chain & Logistics: Own the flow of goods and manage high-level vendor relationships.\nSystem Innovation: Constantly improve Align’s paperless flagship processes to help us scale with \"custom excellence.\"\nOperational Excellence: Ensure Align’s locations are physically and operationally aligned-clean, stocked, and perfect.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Collaboration: Prepare the Weekly Ops Agenda, update the scorecard, hold the team accountable to our action items.\nOwn our internal systems.
