As Account Director,\nyou own a portfolio of key airline accounts with clear retention and growth\ntargets. You are the face of Get-e for your clients: you lead the QBRs, you\nknow the people from ground operations up to procurement and senior leadership,\nand you find the next opportunity within each account.\nThis is a role where you’ll see your results come to life. You decide\nhow Get-e shows up for the airlines that matter most to us, shape your own\naccount plans, and open up new routes and services within your accounts. It’s a\nchance to leave a real footprint.\nYour profile\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn a portfolio of key airline accounts and be responsible for retention and net revenue growth\nBuild and execute an account plan per client, with clear expansion opportunities and risk actions\nIdentify and close expansion: new stations and routes, additional services (crew transport, hotel booking, deadhead travel), renewals and renegotiations\nBuild relationships at every level within each airline, from ground operations and crew planning to procurement and senior leadership\nTravel regularly to meet your clients where they are\nLead QBRs end to end: service performance, roadmap, and commercial development\nMonitor client health and escalation trends, spot churn risk and growth signals early, and act on them\nAct as first point of contact for airline escalations from our Amsterdam office, supporting our teams and working with Client Care and Operations to fix issues at the root\nDepending on your experience: take ownership of Get-e’s broader account management strategy\nEnsure smooth onboarding of newly won airline clients, working closely with the business development colleagues who landed them\nMake sure recurring client themes reach our product and service teams and lead to actual improvements\nYou bring\n7+ years in key account management, client service, or airline/aviation commercial roles\nA proven record of retaining and expanding enterprise or key accounts, and you can show the numbers\nExperience negotiating contracts and renewals with procurement and senior stakeholders\nYou’re confident in front of clients, calm in escalations, and proactive about improvement\nComfort working with data (account performance, service KPIs) to steer decisions\nStrong written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus)\nA structured, commercial mindset: you build account plans, but you keep things practical\nBackground in aviation, assistance, or travel tech is a strong plus\nWhy us?\nWhat’s in it for you?We want our benefits to make your working life easier, more flexible and a little more enjoyable too.\nThinking about the future?
