We want someone who makes progress without waiting for perfect instructions, and who owns outcomes rather than just facilitating them.\nAbout the role\n We're looking for a pragmatic, decisive Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience who can move work forward independently and make calls without waiting for perfect certainty. You'll report to the Head of Product and work closely with your own engineering team of 4-6 software engineers.\nGet-e and the total number of engineering teams is expanding in the next years. In the future in this role you will have the responsibility to help shape the product-engineering organisation, way of working and onboarding.Your profile\nResponsibilities\nOwn the input: pull feedback and insights from management, Stream Owners, product experts, clients, suppliers, operations, commercial teams, and engineering.\nReflect honestly on past releases, team workflows, and product outcomes, and also own improvements to the way of working.\nOwn the requirements conversation with stakeholders across booking management, finance and reporting, suppliers, and connectivity.\nKeep engineers, stakeholders and management informed on priorities, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.\nTo create a clear, prioritized backlog from a pile of inputs, focused on the highest impact.\nGet solutions development-ready, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\nOwn launches end-to-end, and stay on features through adoption and support after they go live.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience as a PM/PO or in a similar product role.\nExperience as a PO/PM across at least 2-3 different applications.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders, operational experts, commercial teams, clients, suppliers, and engineering teams.\nExperience with service-oriented, travel, logistics, operations, marketplace, or workflow-heavy platforms.\nA strong plus if experienced with travel, airlines, staff travel, taxi and coach services, automation, AI, data analytics, SQL, finance, reporting, or integrations.\nExperience with Agile methodologies, discovery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery support.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset and a focus on delivering measurable value.\nThis role isn't for youif:\nYou believe that folowing the right processes results in the right impact.\nYou see stakeholder management as something to tolerate rather than something you're good at.\nYou need a stable, predictable roadmap and get thrown off by week-to-week change.\nYou want every requirement fully specified before delivery.\nYou'd rather build the technically elegant solution with a bit more effort than the one that creates business value earlier.\nYou avoid friction and let decisions be figured later rather than push for an answer.\nWhy us?\nWhat’s in it for you?We want our benefits to make your working life easier, more flexible and a little more enjoyable too.\nThinking about the future?
