This team implements Aleph for customers, drives adoption, and serves as a strategic partner over time.\nThis is a player coach role. You’ll lead a team of Engagement Managers while also owning a personal book of business, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and customer outcomes across your team’s accounts. You’ll help define how we onboard, support, and grow customers as we scale.\nWe’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity, and the judgment to work credibly with CFOs and finance leaders. The right person brings people leadership experience, strong customer instincts, and a willingness to stay close to the work in a hands-on role.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn team performance across net dollar retention, retention, adoption, and expansion\n\nHire and onboard Engagement Managers as the team grows\n\nLead implementations directly when needed, especially as you ramp on the product\n\nBuild and refine team playbooks across onboarding, account health, business reviews, escalations, and renewal readiness\n\nCoach Engagement Managers on financial modeling, implementation scoping, and working with CFOs and finance leaders\n\nPlan team capacity and account coverage as the book of business grows\n\nPartner with Sales on customer handoffs and with Product and Engineering as the voice of the customer\n\nReport on team performance, customer trends, and key risks to leadership\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nA solid track record in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity, at a sponsor-backed company or on the fund side\n\nProven people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and developing top performers\n\nAdvanced modeling chops in Excel or Google Sheets\n\nConfidence engaging directly with clients, particularly CFOs and controllers\n\nA deep sense of ownership and the independence to thrive on a remote team\n\nNice to have\nTime at a high-growth startup\n\nA background running Implementation or Customer Success orgs at a planning, ERP, or other accounting software company\n\nAccountability for, or contributions to, a retention or NRR target\n\nAdditional Information, Perks + Benefits\nLearn more here!\nWhile this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.\nAleph is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
