In a single week you might write a launch thread for X and present next quarter's channel strategy to leadership.\nGetBlock markets to a few.\nThe product is technical, and its audience is technical and product decision-makers at Web3 companies, the people who choose which RPC provider their engineers build on. Reach outside that group counts for little, so every campaign you run is judged by whether it lands with them.\nMost of the team works around UTC+3. We need solid overlap with those hours, and the exact time zone is flexible.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan campaigns across GetBlock's existing channels and measure what each one delivers: social media, community, partnerships, owned media, performance marketing, and SEO/GEO. Owned media takes the biggest share of your time, SEO/GEO the smallest.\n\nPropose new marketing channels, run the first tests, and scale any channel that brings in the right audience.\n\nOwn marketing analytics. Find out which campaigns reach technical decision-makers and which burn budget, then shift spend to match.\n\nRun paid traffic together with our performance marketer: suggest hypotheses, design the tests, read the results, and scale what works.\n\nShape positioning and messaging for product launches with the product team, then carry them into every channel.\n\nWrite and edit copy yourself: X threads, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, partner announcements.\n\nWork with GetBlock's 100+ ecosystem partners on joint announcements and co-marketing campaigns.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nFluent English at C1 or above, spoken and written. This one is a must: English is the only language GetBlock markets in and nearly the only one the team works in.\n\n3+ years in product marketing, including B2B.\n\nStrong writing. You produce a clean first draft without a copywriter and edit other people's copy without flattening their voice.\n\nMarketing taste built on seeing a lot of good and bad work. You can spot a strong launch at a glance and explain what makes it land.\n\nHands-on experience with X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram, plus owned media on Medium and Dev.to.\n\nBasic CMS skills. GetBlock's site runs on Prismic.\n\nConfidence with partners: you can run a call with a partner's CMO and walk away with an agreed plan.\n\nHow you work with AI\nGetBlock marketing already runs on custom skills and agents, and you will add to that setup.\nYou know when AI helps and when to stop and do the work yourself.\n\nYou have built AI workflows that automate 90-100% of a routine end to end, and you keep them running.\n\nYou build your own tooling: custom skills, loops, and agents.
