We take pride in the infrastructure we've built and hold it to an uncompromising standard.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Technical Support / Node Support Engineer to join a small, strong team. You'll work hands-on with customer nodes and platform infrastructure: troubleshooting real technical cases, helping users find solutions, keeping services stable, and investigating complex incidents together with the SRE team. Your work will directly impact the reliability of a platform used daily by thousands of developers worldwide.\nResponsibilities\nHandle technical tickets from the customer support team: diagnose issues, resolve them independently, and escalate complex cases to the SRE team.\n\nAdminister existing nodes: version upgrades, resource allocation, full resyncs when needed, configuration tuning and optimization.\n\nPrepare and write configurations for launching new nodes.\n\nProvision and decommission nodes for customers.\n\nMonitor service health: node sync status, version currency, server and overall infrastructure state.\n\nRequirements\nStrong communication skills: the ability to explain technical issues clearly, analyze problems, and propose solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of how web applications work and how to interact with them via APIs.\n\nHands-on Linux experience: terminal work, remote access via SSH, resource monitoring (CPU, RAM, disk space).\n\nExperience with Linux system processes and logs.\n\nKnowledge of Bash, Python, and JavaScript.\n\nExperience with orchestration systems (Nomad or Kubernetes).\n\nUnderstanding of version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).\n\nExperience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana).\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Git, Docker, Ansible.\n\nKnowledge of Node.js and the HashiCorp ecosystem.\n\nExperience with Prometheus.\n\nExperience with API clients (Postman / Insomnia).\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPeople with real skills, sharp judgment, and a high bar for their own work:\nDo now, fix later.
