Boon enables construction companies to build more, generate more revenue, and grow with confidence.\nAbout the Role\nThe Account Development Representative (ADR) job is the launch point for a successful career in SaaS sales. In this role, you will not only be Boon’s customer facing representative but also help shape our go to market strategy as an early stage start up. This includes researching and generating leads, mapping and adding more information to accounts, and creating demand for Boon’s ever expanding set of products and features. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop mid market sales skills and grow rapidly within a well funded startup. Boon provides accelerated commissions and a fast path for promotion into closing roles for high performing ADRs. You'll be part of a great team that pushes you to do your best.\n\nMinimum requirements for the role:\n1+ years of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability, including research on and outreach to new accounts\n\nAbility and willingness to make 100+ cold calls a day.\n\nA growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process\n\nExperience in construction tech is a plus!\n\nCompensation\nAt Boon, we want to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company.
