The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects across different domains, utilizing the latest technologies and methodologies to design, build, and maintain robust data systems. This role requires a deep understanding of dimensional data modelling principles, and a passion for solving complex data challenges.\nResponsibilities\nConduct advanced data analysis and interpretation to support product and growth analytics. \nDevelop and implement semantic layers, data models, and reporting solutions to enable self-service analytics for clients. \nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate key insights and metrics. \nWork closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver actionable insights. \nCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. \nMentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. \nStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is a nice-to-have. A Master's degree is a plus. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. \nStrong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database design. \nStrong proficiency in SQL for data analysis is a must-have. Proficiency in Python or R is a plus. \nExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. \nExperience in the Crypto, Retail, or Health/Insurance industries is an advantage.\nBenefits and Perks\nFlexible hours: We are a fully remote company.
