Every team at Chainels works with Claude daily, from engineering to content to operations, and our platform's own AI layer is built on MCP. AI is not a buzzword here. It's how we grow and it's how our platform thinks.\nThe team you'll be joining\nUntil now, revenue operations has been handled across the team, with the CEO and commercial leads stitching things together. That got us far, but we need someone to own it properly.\nYou'll sit across our commercial organization, a team of 15 spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service. Day to day, you'll be the sparring partner for Marketing on attribution and automation, for Sales on pipeline hygiene and tooling, and for Service on retention workflows and customer health. You're the connective tissue that turns three teams into one revenue engine.\nThis is a building role, not an inherited one. You'll shape the systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up. That said, you're not starting from zero. We already run on HubSpot, n8n, Claude company-wide, Claude Code, and MCP servers connecting our entire stack. What's missing is the person who connects it all.\nEvery commercial decision here runs on HubSpot data, so the quality of that data is yours. If the numbers aren't trusted, nothing else works.\nWe believe AI is a teammate too. Not just prompting, but building with it: skills, Projects, MCP connections and agents the whole commercial team relies on.\nKey responsibilities\nRevenue Systems, Data & Architecture (~50%)\nYou own the tech stack and the data that power our go-to-market.\nOwn HubSpot as our central 360° customer intelligence platform: pipelines, custom objects, lifecycle stages, reporting, and integrations\n\nOwn data quality from first touch to renewal: shared definitions for MRR, churn and pipeline stages, deduplication, enrichment and governance\n\nBuild and maintain a reporting infrastructure that gives real-time visibility into pipeline health, MRR movement, and revenue metrics\n\nBuild AI-driven workflows with Claude, MCP, n8n, Lemlist and Clay: from automated enrichment and lead scoring to agentic research and reporting\n\nManage integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our stack, using MCP as the connective layer where it makes sense\n\nProcess Optimization (~30%)\nYou design the playbooks that make teams faster.\nDesign and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service\n\nEliminate friction points in the customer journey. If a handoff is clunky, you fix it\n\nBuild operational frameworks that work today and scale for tomorrow\n\nBuild and maintain Claude skills, Projects and plugins for the commercial team, from pricing and quoting to account research\n\nSet up marketing automations, lead scoring, and email workflows together with our marketer\n\nStakeholder Enablement (~20%)\nYou make everyone around you more effective.\nNavigate competing priorities across commercial and technical stakeholders\n\nTranslate complex operational requirements into clear business outcomes for leadership\n\nDrive adoption of new processes and AI tools through influence and demonstrated value, and help the commercial team level up their own AI workflows\n\nBe the go-to person for Marketing on campaign attribution, for Sales on pipeline hygiene, and for leadership on forecasting\n\nWho you are\n3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS\n\nData is your home turf. You model data, work comfortably with SQL, APIs and spreadsheets, reconcile numbers across systems, and spot a wrong number before leadership does\n\nDeep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations. You don't just use HubSpot, you architect it\n\nYou work with Claude (or a similar AI tool) every day, well beyond basic prompting. You've built skills, Projects, MCP connections or agentic workflows, and you know when AI output needs a human check\n\nPractical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier. You've built real workflows, not just watched tutorials\n\nSystems thinker: you anticipate downstream impacts and design for scalability\n\nStrong communicator who translates between technical teams and commercial leadership effortlessly\n\nProactive, hands-on, and not precious about \"that's not my job.\" In a small team, everyone pitches in\n\nFluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)\n\nBased in or near the Rotterdam area (we work hybrid, 2 days in the office)\n\nBonus points\nYou've worked in proptech, real estate, or another niche B2B vertical\n\nExperience with high-ACV deal cycles and complex buying committees\n\nYou've built or scaled a RevOps function before, ideally as the first hire\n\nFamiliarity with Clay, Lemlist, or similar outbound/ABM tooling\n\nExperience operating across European markets\n\nYou've shipped something with Claude Code or built your own MCP server.
