Our TenantOS helps property managers and landlords run their shopping centres and residential buildings, engage tenants, and prove their impact. It's how we grow and it's how our platform thinks.\nThe role\nIn this role you'll be central to creating seamless, intelligent automations by integrating Chainels with a wide range of third-party solutions: ERP, CRM, smart building technologies (such as digital locks and energy meters) and AI agents. You'll work hand in hand with our Product Owner, Integrations Marketplace, from scoping to go-live. Our tech stack includes n8n Enterprise and Claude Code, among others. You'll be based at our Rotterdam HQ.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop n8n workflows for integrations and automations\n\nBuild AI-powered automations using Claude Code and LLM-based agents\n\nWrite data import and migration scripts for client onboarding, from tickets to turnover data\n\nDesign and optimise integration flows between Chainels and third-party platforms\n\nImprove and maintain live integrations\n\nAct as second-line support on integration issues\n\nJoin client and vendor calls to scope integrations, gathering and documenting requirements together with the Product Owner\n\nWork as part of an integrations team of 5 within the engineering department\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years experience with automations and integrations\n\nExperience with workflow automation platforms (n8n strongly preferred)\n\nStrong technical expertise in APIs, data mapping and scripting\n\nA pragmatic builder's mindset, comfortable working directly with client data\n\nA clear communicator who enjoys talking to clients and vendors, not just to their APIs\n\nBachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development
