Join a fast-growing, innovative team building the next generation of accounting automation tools.\nAs an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager), you’ll leverage our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations-no coding required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities\n\nDesign, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform\n\nTranslate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic\n\nLead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform\n\nDocument best practices and develop user-friendly resources\n\nProvide actionable product feedback to our engineering team\n\nStay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology\n\nWho You Are\n3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping)\n\nStrong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology\n\nAnalytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement-minded\n\nComfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)\n\nExcellent communicator, both written and verbal\n\nOrganized, proactive, and a collaborative team player\n\nExperience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $80,000-$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience\n\nAnnual performance bonus\n\nComprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage\n\n401(k) plan with company match\n\nGenerous PTO and paid holidays\n\nProfessional development opportunities\n\nCollaborative, innovative, and mission-driven team\n\nClark is an equal opportunity employer.
