About the Role We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst (Analytics Engineering) to join our Data Platform team. This is a hands-on, full-stack data role spanning data modeling, metric definition, analysis and visualization. You will build reliable, reusable datasets and metrics that teams across CUJO AI can use on their own, and you will answer business and product questions directly through analysis and reporting. Working from the Data Platform team, you will help scale analytics practices across the company. For each problem, you will judge whether it needs a quick analysis, a dashboard, or a production-grade data model, and invest accordingly. In This Role, You Will: Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to turn their questions into analyses, metrics and data models.
