We use machine learning and real-world data to develop cybersecurity, device intelligence, network intelligence, and parental control solutions that make internet connections safer for millions of homes. \nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Analytics Engineering) to join our Data Platform team.\nThis is a hands-on, full-stack data role spanning data modeling, metric definition, analysis and visualization. You will build reliable, reusable datasets and metrics that teams across CUJO AI can use on their own, and you will answer business and product questions directly through analysis and reporting.\nWorking from the Data Platform team, you will help scale analytics practices across the company. For each problem, you will judge whether it needs a quick analysis, a dashboard, or a production-grade data model, and invest accordingly.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nPartner with Product, Engineering and business teams to turn their questions into analyses, metrics and data models.\nDeliver analysis and reporting: ad hoc deep dives, recurring KPI reports and dashboards.\nDefine, validate and document KPIs with stakeholders, and help teams use them consistently in planning and decisions.\nBuild and maintain tested, documented data models and ELT transformations together with the Data Platform team.\nCreate curated datasets, dashboards and templates that let teams answer their own questions.\nTake metrics and models from first prototype through production and ongoing maintenance.\nStreamline analytics practices across analysts in other teams: shared modeling conventions, metric definitions, code review, and onboarding and coaching.\nPrioritize requests from multiple teams, balancing urgent needs with investments in reusable data assets.\nIdentify gaps in data, instrumentation or tooling, and work with engineering to close them.\nPresent findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years in a data role (analytics engineer, data analyst, BI engineer or similar).\nStrong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience with large datasets.\nHands-on experience implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations using SQL/dbt and Spark (PySpark), kept in version control (Git) with tests and code review.\nEnd-to-end understanding of how data flows from source events and ingestion, through warehouse models, to dashboards, and the ability to trace and fix issues upstream.\nExperience with a cloud data warehouse (Redshift or similar).\nPython for data processing, analysis and automation.\nExperience with BI tools and enabling self-service analytics.\nAbility to turn loosely defined business questions into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.\nGood judgment on when a quick answer is enough and when to build something durable.\nExperience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out:\nExperience rolling out shared metrics or analytics practices across several teams.\nExperience setting standards for or mentoring other analysts.\nExperience with data quality testing or observability tooling.\nFamiliarity with metrics-layer or semantic-layer tooling (e.g. dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, Looker).\nExperience with AWS data services (e.g. Athena, Glue, S3).\nEffective use of AI-assisted development tools while keeping code and models maintainable.\nExperience with product, telemetry or network data.\nWhy Join CUJO AI?\nFlexible Work - Hybrid work model with flexible hours.\nModern Equipment - Top-of-the-line development tools to do your best work.\nCareer Growth - Conferences, training, books, and anything else you need to keep developing.\nPerformance Bonuses - Company-wide annual bonus program.\nReferral Rewards - Earn up to €1,000 for referring new hires.\n Meaningful Work - Help make the internet safer for millions of people around the world.\nThe compensation package is from €4,000 to €5,000 (gross), depending on your experience.
