As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development and growth of our AI-driven products, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer experience. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy, defining product features, and ensuring successful delivery of features that align with our business goals and customer needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.\nRoadmap & Backlog Management: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.\nCustomer Focus: Gather feedback to inform product decisions and translate customer needs into features.\nData-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide decisions and monitor product success.\nAgile Process: Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and ensure efficient product delivery.\nRequirements\nExperience:\n3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment (preferably in AI, SaaS, or B2B products).\nTechnical Background:\nStrong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS products, and the software development lifecycle. Previous experience working with AI or customer-facing platforms is a plus.\nAgile Methodology:\nProven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing a product backlog.\nCommunication:\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProblem-Solving:\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
