activities across the organization.\nEnsuring compliance with HSEQQ, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout construction, maintenance, and operational activities.\nManaging contractor and supplier safety performance, including audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nConducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\nPromoting a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and engagement programs for internal and external stakeholders.\nCoordinating and supporting ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.\nOverseeing environmental compliance, permits, licenses, and waste management processes.\nDeveloping and implementing ESG strategies, sustainability initiatives, and decarbonization measures aligned with business objectives.\nDefining, monitoring, and reporting ESG and HSEQQ KPIs to management and key stakeholders.\nSupporting ESG assessments, audits, certifications, and reporting requirements.\nPerforming site inspections, safety reviews, and environmental audits across construction and operational assets.\nCollaborating closely with Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams to continuously improve quality, safety, and sustainability standards.\nYOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING\nDegree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Energy or similar), Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.\nCertified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (PRL), ideally with all three specializations and additional postgraduate qualifications.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in HSEQQ leadership roles within construction, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.\nStrong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and contractor management.\nExperience with ISO management systems, audits, and continuous improvement programs.\nFamiliarity with ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and decarbonization initiatives.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE, CAE, or ESG reporting tools.\nKnowledge of electrical infrastructure, photovoltaic installations, energy efficiency projects, or gas-related systems is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nStructured, hands-on, and proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.\nProfessional English and Spanish language skills.\nDRIVEN BY
