Our easy-to-use software platform enables thousands of restoration contractors and insurance professionals across North America to process claims faster and with greater accuracy.\nWe’re a remote-first companywith a collaboration hub in downtown Kitchener-and we’re growing.\nAbout the Role\nOur Account Managers are experienced sales professionals responsible for driving growth and expansion of the Encircle solution across a portfolio of customers. They are passionate about sales and committed to adding values to our customer experience using the Encircle platform. You will partner closely with the Customer Success team and Revenue Leadership to achieve your targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate execution \nOwn contract processes, including renewal management, quote creation, salesforce opportunity records, forecasting outcomes and tracking progress of signature\nIdentify opportunities to expand Encircle’s footprint as part of the renewal process \nIdentify opportunities to sell new products to our current customers\nLeverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline or expansion revenue \nWork with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as needed \nEstablish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email.
