priorities or unforeseen changes\nAssess team bandwidth and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and workflow efficiency\nEvaluate and optimize internal production processes to improve consistency, communication, and execution across projects\nOversee the video editing process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets\nReview and provide feedback on edits to ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations in collaboration with the account and strategy teams\nManage and maintain project tracking systems, including Monday boards and production documentation\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven experience managing creative productions, content shoots, or post-production workflows\nStrong understanding of video production, editing workflows, and content creation processes\nExperience managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and production logistics across multiple projects\nExceptional organizational and communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively across creative, production, and account teams\nHands-on experience with video editing software and production tools\nExperience working within fast-paced social media, agency, or digital content environments\nAbility to proactively problem solve and adapt to changing priorities\nDesire to push Get Engaged and our clients toward unique, culture-forward creative
